Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience inmanaging paid digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Google Adsand Meta Ads, have a good understanding of campaign optimization, and be comfortable analyzingcampaign performance to improve results.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

Coordinate with the design and content teams to create ad creatives and campaign assets.

Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager(GTM), and Meta Pixel.

Perform A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and campaign settings.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through regular optimization.

Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in digital advertising.

Required Skills :





2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

Valuable understanding of Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.

Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.

Knowledge of campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Google Ads or Meta certifications are an added advantage but are not mandatory.
