About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 3–5 years of agency experience to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, analytics, conversion tracking, and lead generation, with a proven ability to improve campaign performance and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
- Set up and manage GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and conversion tracking.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to improve campaign performance.




- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and web teams to improve campaign outcomes.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure timely execution.
- Stay updated with the latest platform features, trends, and best practices.
