Learning Routes is Hiring | Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Gurugram – Work from Office

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Facebook & Google Ads campaigns
- Handled minimum of 15 lakhs budget in Google and meta ads
- Drive quality leads and optimize campaign performance & ROI
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
- Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives

Requirements:
- 2–3 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience
- EdTech industry experience preferred
- Robust expertise in Facebook Ads
- Experience handling a ₹15 lakh+ ad budget
- Good knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics & GTM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
