Ceolla is a gender-neutral, dermatologist-endorsed premium bodycare brand built at the intersection of clinical-grade actives and sensorial luxury. As an early-stage, quick-growing D2C brand, we’re looking for someone who can own and scale our paid marketing engine across platforms.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels. You’ll work closely with the founding team and creative team to drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms

•Own performance metrics — ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate — and continuously optimize spend against targets

•Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages

•Work closely with the design team to brief and iterate on ad creatives based on performance data

•Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; translate data into clear, actionable insights

•Manage budgets across campaigns and channels to maximize efficiency

•Stay on top of platform updates, auction dynamics, and industry best practices





•Collaborate with the founders on overall growth strategy and channel mix

What We’re Looking For

•Minimum 2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience; experience with a beauty or D2C brand strongly preferred

•Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads (budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, campaign structuring)

•Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data to make decisions, not just intuition

•Understanding of the D2C funnel: acquisition, conversion, retention

•Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and basic Excel/Sheets analysis

•Ability to brief and collaborate effectively with designers/creatives

•Self-starter who can work independently in a small, fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have

•Experience with influencer/affiliate performance campaigns

- Familiarity with Whatsapp /Email/ SMS marketing platforms like Gokwik and retention marketing
- Basic understanding of SEO and organic growth levers.
