About UsWe are an early-stage Consumer AI startup building products used by millions of users.

We’re looking for a performance-driven Growth / Performance Marketer to take ownership of our user acquisition and growth engine.

You’ll work at the intersection of data, creatives, consumer behaviour, and business strategy, directly influencing key metrics such as Revenue, CAC, ROAS, CPI, Retention, and Contribution Margins.

This is not just a media buying role. We’re looking for someone with strong business understanding, creative intuition, and the ability to identify and scale high-intent consumer funnels.

? What You'll Do• Plan, launch, and scale app marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (UAC)

- Own end-to-end campaign performance — including budgets, bidding, optimization, and scaling
- Drive improvements across key metrics such as CPI, CAC, ROAS, retention, and revenue growth
- Optimize the complete growth funnel: CTR → CVR → CPI → CAC → ROAS
- Run continuous A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels
- Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities, performance bottlenecks, and areas for optimization
- Collaborate closely with the Product, Content, and Design teams to improve conversion rates and overall growth
- Align campaigns with consumer behaviour, market trends, and seasonal opportunities




- Work directly with the Founder on growth experiments, new acquisition channels, and scaling initiatives

? Requirements• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing

- Strong experience running and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Good understanding of attribution, analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign measurement
- Comfortable managing and scaling meaningful advertising budgets
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in Consumer Internet, Mobile Apps, D2C, or high-growth startups is a plus
- High ownership, speed of execution, and willingness to experiment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to performance metrics
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
