Code to Couture | Performance Marketing Associate (Meta)

At Code to Couture, we bridge the gap between data-driven tech and high-fashion aesthetics. We are looking for a sharp, creative Performance Marketing Associate to manage and scale our Meta ad campaigns for fashion brands.

Role: Performance Marketing Associate – Meta

Location: Chhatarpur / Saket, Recent Delhi (In-Office)

Experience: 2 Years (in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, set up, and execute performance-driven Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns tailored for fashion and lifestyle clients.
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, copy, target audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS and minimize CAC.
- Analyze campaign analytics daily, generate performance reports, and deliver actionable data insights to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate closely with fashion designers, content creators,



and copywriters to develop high-converting visual assets and ad messaging.
- Monitor industry trends, fashion e-commerce dynamics, and Meta platform updates to test new ad formats and strategies.

Job Requirements Proven track record of managing Meta ad budgets for fashion/e-commerce brands, deep proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Pixel setup, strong analytical skills using Google Analytics, experience collaborating with creative teams on ad copy/design, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
