Raw Stories is looking for a Performance Marketer who can turn advertising budgets into measurable business results.

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid advertising, campaign optimisation and lead generation, with a strong understanding of how digital campaigns translate into real business outcomes.

Experience or strong working knowledge of Dubai Real Estate and Indian E-commerce will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and manage performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Manage and optimise campaigns based on leads, conversions, ROAS, CPL and other performance metrics.
- Conduct audience research, targeting and campaign segmentation.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Work with creative and content teams to develop performance-driven ad creatives.
- Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, messaging and landing pages.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximise campaign ROI.
- Stay updated with changes in digital advertising platforms, algorithms and performance marketing trends.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Advertising.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.




- Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, lead generation and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Good understanding of marketing funnels, audiences and customer journeys.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge or experience in Dubai Real Estate and/or E-commerce.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid setting from Pattambi.
