Performance Marketer – Jewellery Brand

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage paid digital campaigns and drive leads, customer acquisition, showroom visits, online sales, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Generate quality leads and customer enquiries for jewellery products and showrooms.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROI, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
- Set up and manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with creative, sales, CRM, and management teams for campaign execution.
- Develop campaigns for festivals, weddings, new collections, offers, and showroom events.
- Track lead quality and conversions to improve campaign performance.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.




- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, audience targeting, and remarketing.
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing ad budgets and optimizing campaigns based on performance.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Preferred

- Experience in jewellery, retail, fashion, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of local and regional customer targeting.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
