Role Description The Performance Manager role at Ananya Hi Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving the performance of digital marketing campaigns and internal teams against defined KPIs and business goals. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing campaign data, preparing performance reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and recommending optimization strategies for better efficiency and outcomes.

The Performance

Manager will also oversee budget utilization, support training and development initiatives, and help standardize performance processes and best practices.



The role requires regular collaboration with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment between performance metrics and overall business strategy.
