We’re looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing skilled who understands both digital acquisition and investments .

? What you’ll do

• Drive app acquisition through Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube & other digital channels

• Optimise the funnel from App Install → Registration → KYC → First Investment

• Track and improve CPI, CAC, ROAS, Conversion & LTV

- Manage audience segmentation, retargeting & growth experiments

• Analyse campaigns using GA4, AppsFlyer/Adjust or similar platforms

- Work closely with Product, CRM, Creative & Compliance teams

• Build campaigns around Mutual Funds, SIPs,



Equities & Investment Products

? What we’re looking for

✅ 2–5 years of hands-on Performance/Growth Marketing experience

✅ Experience in Fintech / Broking / WealthTech / Mutual Funds / BFSI

✅ Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads

✅ Proven experience in App Marketing / User Acquisition

✅ Understanding of investment products and investor behaviour

✅ Strong analytical & data-driven approach

✅ Immediate joiners / candidates with ≤30 days notice preferred
