Job Overview We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Developer with 8 12 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft development, customization, integrations, reporting, and PeopleTools. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Fluid Development, Integration Broker, and PeopleSoft reporting tools .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize PeopleSoft components, pages, records, menus, and applications.
- Design and develop solutions using PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interface, and File Layouts.
- Perform Fluid Development and customize PeopleSoft Fluid UI components.
- Develop enhancements based on business and functional requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft integrations using Integration Broker.
- Develop REST and SOAP-based web service integrations.
- Create and maintain inbound and outbound interfaces with third-party systems.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for PeopleSoft applications.
- Develop and maintain BI Publisher / XML Publisher reports.
- Create SQR reports, extracts, and batch processes.
- Work with AWE (Approval Workflow Engine) for workflow-related requirements.




- Prepare and maintain technical design and development documentation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
- Work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Track development and support activities using Jira.

- Good understanding of PeopleSoft technical architecture and development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
