We are partnering with a leading global consulting organization to hire a Senior Pega Developer (CSSA) to join their growing digital transformation practice. What You'll Be Doing

- Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications using the Pega Platform.
- Configure workflow automation, case management, business rules, and user interfaces.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop integrations with enterprise systems via APIs and web services.
- Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing application enhancements.
- Contribute to Agile delivery teams and promote development best practices.





What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience

- At least 5+ years' experience in Pega development.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Pega BPM and workflow automation solutions.
- Experience building and deploying enterprise-scale applications.
- Knowledge of Pega Case Management, BPM, integrations, APIs, decisioning, and business rules.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Pega CSA or CSSA certification.
- Experience with cloud technologies, REST/SOAP integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and modern application architectures.
- Exposure to enterprise consulting environments and digital transformation initiatives.
