Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Pediatrician role based in Bengaluru. The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive primary care to infants, children, and adolescents, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, growth and development assessments, and management of acute and chronic conditions.

Daily responsibilities include conducting in-person consultations, reviewing patient history, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and coordinating care with other physicians and healthcare professionals. The role involves counseling families on preventive health, nutrition, and developmental milestones, as well as documenting encounters accurately in clinical systems.



The Pediatrician will participate in Bridge Health’s integrated care approach, supporting continuity of care and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Solid clinical foundation in Medicine and Primary Care, with experience managing pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.
- Specialized skills in Pediatrics, including preventive care, growth and development monitoring, and management of common childhood illnesses.
- Experience or training in Neonatology, with the ability to care for newborns and support early-life interventions.
- Demonstrated ability in Working with Physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure consistent treatment plans.
- Valid medical degree (MBBS) and recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics; active medical license to practice in India.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children and families, with a compassionate, inclusive, and culturally sensitive approach.
- Comfort with using electronic medical records and digital health tools as part of an integrated care model.
- Prior experience in preventive or community health programs is an advantage.
