Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate/Post-graduate in English, Psychology, Management, or a related field (Certification in Soft Skills/Training is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate training, campus recruitment training (CRT), or academic soft-skills coaching.
- Skills: Excellent public speaking, presentation, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
