Bephar Corporation is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Female PCD Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, handling customer inquiries, promoting pharmaceutical products, and developing PCD franchise networks across India. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming PCD franchise inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.

Contact doctors, distributors, wholesalers, and PCD franchise partners. Generate new leads through phone calls, social media, and online portals. Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients.

Explain product portfolios, pricing, promotional schemes, and business offers. Follow up with prospective customers and ensure order closure. Coordinate with dispatch and accounts departments for smooth order processing.

Maintain customer databases and sales records.



Achieve monthly sales and business development targets. Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Required

SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Customer relationship management skills.
