- Leave Management

- Verify attendance data for accurate payroll processing.

- Maintain leave records and process leave encashment.

- Compliance &
- Statutory Requirements

- Manage PF and ESIC contributions, returns, and documentation.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and payroll regulations.

- Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary updates.

- Coordinate with consultants for statutory compliance.

- Address employee queries related to payroll, PF, ESIC, and benefits.

- Assist employees with PF withdrawal, ESIC claims, and related processes.





- Resolve payroll-related concerns effectively.

- Data Management &
- Reporting

- Maintain payroll and compliance databases.

- Prepare reports for audits and management review.

- Manage new-joiner data and documentation.

- Handle exit formalities, Full &
- Final (FnF) settlements, and documentation.

Key Requirements

- Robust knowledge of Payroll Processing and Statutory Compliance – PF, ESIC, TDS, and Professional Tax.

- Hands-on experience with PF &
- ESIC portals.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to handle employee queries and payroll-related grievances.

- Good understanding of payroll documentation and compliance processes.
