Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR professional to manage payroll operations, HR analytics, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing, attendance and leave management, HRMS systems (preferably greytHR), and a robust understanding of labor laws. Exposure to the real estate industry will be an added advantage.

- End-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Manage leave, attendance, and employee data through HRMS (preferably greytHR).
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, and other applicable labor laws.
- Coordinate with finance for payroll reconciliation and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze HR dashboards and MIS reports related to payroll, headcount, attrition, cost analysis, etc.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, tax, deductions,



and benefits.
- Maintain payroll records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Support in CTC structuring, salary benchmarking, and compensation analysis.
- Assist during statutory audits and internal audits.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor compliance requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong working knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools, preferably greytHR.
- Good understanding of Indian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

Educational qualification:

- MBA in HR (preferred) or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or related field.
- Certifications in Payroll Management, Labor Laws, or HR Analytics will be preferred.
