Hiring: HR Payroll Executive | Sunrise Hospital, Kakkanad

Sunrise Hospital, Kakkanad is looking for an experienced HR Payroll Executive to join our HR team.

- Software: Hands-on experience with iHITS Payroll Software – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
- Handle attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, and salary adjustments.
- Process and maintain payroll using iHITS Payroll Software.
- Manage PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Prepare payroll MIS, salary statements, and payroll reports.
- Handle Full & Final Settlement (F&F;).
- Coordinate with HR and Finance for payroll processing and reconciliation.
- Resolve employee queries related to salary, attendance, leave, and deductions.




- Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of payroll experience, preferably in the hospital/healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in iHITS Payroll Software is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Robust attention to detail, numerical ability, and communication skills.
