Role & responsibilities

1. Hands-on Experience in salary processing and computing tax liability.

2. Statutory compliance PF, ESI, PT, and LWF

3. TDS calculation and return filing (Quarterly/ Annually)

4. Calculation and processing of full and final settlement.

5. Updating and maintaining payroll records

6. Ability to handle queries related to income Tax & its exemptions independently as well as Form-16 of employees.

7. Knowledge of Software (i.e. MS Office (Excel, word) Drawing Box, Payroll Software).

8. Positive written and Verbal communication
