Key Responsibilities

- Patient Counseling & Conversion
- Counsel OP patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and available hospital facilities.
- Provide detailed information about admission procedures, packages, insurance/TPA coverage, and perks.
- Convert OP patients into IP patients by effectively addressing concerns, clarifying doubts, and reassuring them about quality of care.
- Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between the patient, family, and treating consultants.
- Handle patient queries with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and the admission desk to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate counseling records, conversion statistics, and patient feedback.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on OP-to-IP conversion ratios and patient trends.
- Supportive Care




- Provide emotional support to patients and families during decision-making.
- Guide patients regarding post-admission processes, facilities, and services available.
- Other Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and ethical standards.
- Participate in patient engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
- Assist in awareness programs, health camps, or promotional activities as needed.
- Qualifications & Skills
