About the Role

Tooth Club is looking for an ambitious, target-driven Patient Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Mumbai.

This is an entry-level to early-career sales role, ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 2-3 years of sales, telesales, business development, marketing or customer-facing experience.

Your main responsibility will be converting inbound enquiries into booked consultations across our UK dental practices.

You'll speak to prospective patients through phone, WhatsApp, email, live chat and social media - understanding their requirements, answering questions about the patient journey and helping them take the first step towards booking a consultation.

If you are confident communicating with people, comfortable working towards targets and motivated by performance-based earnings, this role could be a good fit.

- Working Hours: UK shift pattern, including evenings and weekends on a ROTA

Key Responsibilities

- Convert inbound enquiries into booked consultations
- Follow up with warm leads to maximise conversion rates
- Handle enquiries from Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, WhatsApp, website forms and telephone
- Build rapport with prospective patients and confidently discuss treatment options, finance and the patient journey




- Identify patient requirements and overcome objections
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales and booking targets
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM and booking systems
- Work closely with marketing and practice teams to maximise lead conversion
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to booking

Essential Requirements

- Fluent spoken and written English
- Freshers are welcome; 2-3 years of relevant sales/marketing experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Comfortable speaking with prospective customers and handling objections
- Target-driven and motivated by achieving measurable results
- Comfortable working UK hours, including evenings and weekends on a rota
- Good IT skills and willingness to learn CRM and booking systems
- Self-motivated, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
