- Explain treatment plans, procedures, and estimated costs to patients.

- Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment options and requirements.

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and other departments.

- Follow up with patients regarding scheduled appointments and treatments.

- Address patient concerns and help resolve complaints professionally.

- Ensure patients understand pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.

- Maintain patient counselling records and follow-up details.

- Support patients in making informed decisions about their treatment.

- Maintain confidentiality and provide a positive patient experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
