**Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for Patient Engagement – Call Centre ( Kannada S peaking )

Roles and Responsibilities





- Conduct outbound calls to eligible patients and facilitate efficient scheduling of initial in-home or clinic appointments.
- Ensure patients receive a detailed explanation of program services.
- Process new appointments or changes to existing appointments.
- Demonstrate compassion for individual needs, attention to detail, and collaborate with other team members.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointment details in the system.
- Preferred candidate profile

Requirements :
- Any Graduate
- Experience in Call centre
- Excellent Communication skills - Kannada Speaking
