Patient Care Coordinator

Location: Dr. Shroff’s Charity Eye Hospital, Delhi

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and assist patients throughout their hospital journey.
- Guide patients regarding appointments, consultations, investigations, treatment, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, OT, pharmacy, and other departments.
- Handle patient queries and resolve/escalate grievances appropriately.
- Ensure timely documentation and accurate patient records.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, procedures, and treatment.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure a positive patient experience.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline; Hospital/Healthcare Administration preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in patient care, hospital coordination, or healthcare operations.
- Good communication, interpersonal, counselling, and coordination skills.
- Patient-centric and empathetic approach.
