Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Patent Analyst role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Patent

Analyst will evaluate inventions and technologies for patentability, conduct prior art and freedom-to-operate searches, and prepare explicit, structured patent-related documentation and reports.

Responsibilities include analyzing technical and legal information, supporting patent preparation and prosecution activities, and developing insights to guide clients on IP strategy. The role involves monitoring competitor IP portfolios, providing competitive intelligence,



and collaborating with internal teams and clients to address specific IP-related challenges.

The Patent

Analyst is expected to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to review technical documentation, assess inventions, and interpret complex patent data.
- Knowledge of patent law and procedures, including patentability assessment and understanding of global IP frameworks.
- Experience in patent preparation, drafting patent-related documents, and organizing supporting technical information.
- Ability to conduct patentability and prior art searches using patent databases and research tools.
- Skills in competitive intelligence, including tracking competitor IP activity and identifying market and technology trends.
- Degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field; additional IP or legal qualifications are an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and structured documentation practices.
- Proficiency with patent search databases, office productivity tools, and data analysis software.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
