Passenger Service Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused candidate to assist passengers and support smooth day-to-day airport operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding passes, and flight-related queries.
- Handle baggage check-in, tagging, and basic baggage-related assistance.
- Guide passengers through security, boarding gates, and terminal facilities.
- Assist elderly passengers, children, and passengers requiring special assistance.
- Make boarding announcements and verify passenger documentation when required.
- Coordinate with airline, security, baggage, and airport operations teams.
- Handle passenger complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements

- Maximum age: Under 30years
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Higher Secondary (graduates preferred).




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Presentable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
- Previous airport, airline, hospitality, or customer-service experience is an advantage.
- Fresher can also apply.

Salary & Benefits From Rs 22,000 to Rs 35,000
