Role Overview
We’re looking for a Partnerships & Experiences Executive who’s curious, well-connected, and excited to work at the intersection of brands, culture, and community. This is a junior role for someone who’s eager to learn, build relationships, and help curate thoughtful, high-quality experiences for our members in a fast-moving start-up environment with a luxury lens.
Key Responsibilities
Access & Member Privileges
- Support in securing exclusive access and privileges for members, including VIP experiences, complimentary services (wellness, hospitality, lifestyle), F&B; hostings, and brand launches.
- Stay closely connected to PR agencies, brands, and cultural spaces to identify new and relevant access opportunities.
- Keep a pulse on what’s happening across the city and proactively suggest experiences aligned with member interests.
Partnership Support & Account Management
- Assist in managing relationships with existing brand partners, venue partners, alcohol partners, and PR agencies.
- Help ensure all partner deliverables are tracked, coordinated, and executed smoothly across events and campaigns.
- Support communication with partners before, during, and after collaborations to ensure alignment and consistency.
Curated Brand Experiences
- Assist in conceptualising and onboarding curated experiences in collaboration with brand partners.
- Support the planning and execution of experiences to ensure they feel premium, thoughtful, and well-run.
- Contribute creative ideas for new formats, collaborations, and experience concepts.
Gifting & Brand Touchpoints
- Support gifting initiatives by coordinating with brand partners, sourcing products, and managing logistics.
- Help ensure gifting aligns with brand aesthetics and enhances the overall member experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–4 years of experience in partnerships, brand marketing, PR, events, hospitality, or lifestyle spaces.
- Strong interest in luxury, culture, hospitality, and experiential marketing.
- Comfortable building relationships and communicating with external partners.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a startup setting.
- A good understanding of city culture, trends, and premium consumer experiences.
- Proactive, polished, and excited to grow.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Media, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant internships or hands-on experience in partnerships, events, PR, or brand marketing will be preferred.
