Hi, I’m looking for a part-time recruiter to help with basic business support and candidate sourcing.
Work includes
- Handling client enquiries
- Following up with leads
- Sourcing and screening candidate profiles based on JD
- Shortlisting relevant profiles with brief evaluation
- Maintaining simple records (Excel or notes)
Requirements:
- Good communication (English)
- Ability to understand JD and evaluate profiles
- Responsive and reliable
- Basic phone, WhatsApp, and Excel skills
Work type: Part time / work from home
Hours: 4–5 hours daily (flexible)
Payment: ₹7000 – ₹8,000 per month (based on work)
This will start as a 2–4 week trial. If it works well, we can continue long-term.
