What Will You Do?

As a Telecalling Intern, you will contact customers who have already submitted digital enquiries for vehicles, loans or related products.

Your responsibilities will include

- Call customers who have submitted online enquiries.
- Understand their vehicle or finance requirements.
- Ask a few predefined qualification questions.
- Capture customer responses accurately.
- Update lead status and customer information in the CRM.
- Make calls using a dialler/mobile as per the assigned process.
- Follow the calling script and qualification process provided by VQualify.
- Maintain good calling quality and productivity.

This is not cold calling to random customers. You will primarily be speaking with customers who have already shown interest by submitting a digital enquiry. Who Can Apply?

Flexible Part-Time Opportunity

Our office operates between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM.

You can work for a minimum of 3 hours per day within the available office timings, based on mutually agreed shift availability.

This makes the opportunity suitable for students who want to manage college + work + additional earnings.
