Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Painting Supervisor role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

The Painting

Supervisor oversees all painting and coating activities, including surface preparation, paint application, and curing processes, to meet project specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities include assigning work to painting and insulation teams, monitoring daily progress, and ensuring adherence to quality control procedures and timelines. The role involves inspecting finished work, resolving technical issues on the shop floor, maintaining equipment and material inventories, and coordinating with production, maintenance, and quality teams.





The Painting

Supervisor also ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines, keeps accurate records of jobs completed, and supports continuous improvement in paint and coating processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead painting teams, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
- Hands-on experience with Paint and Coatings, including selection, mixing, application methods, and surface preparation.
- Knowledge of Insulation materials and installation practices in industrial settings.
- Quality Control experience related to painted and coated surfaces, including inspection, defect identification, and corrective actions.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and process specifications.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical, industrial, or related engineering field preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or heavy engineering environments will be an advantage.
- Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
