Are you a performance-driven Paid Media professional who knows how to turn ad spends into quality leads? We're looking for a Paid Media Ads Executive to join our team and manage high-impact campaigns, especially for real estate clients .

? What You'll Do

- Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Drive lead generation campaigns with a robust focus on ROI and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting & budget allocation.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager & other tools .
- Prepare performance reports and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Collaborate with creative teams on ad creatives, landing pages & messaging .




- Stay updated with the latest platform trends, features & algorithm changes.

? What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Paid Media/Performance Marketing.
- Strong experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager .
- Experience managing campaigns targeting the Indian market .
- Good understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels & performance metrics .
- Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets .
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with real estate lead generation will be an added advantage.
