We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Packaging Supervisor to manage day-to-day packaging operations and ensure smooth production.

? Key Responsibilities

Supervise packaging operations and manpower.

Monitor production output,



quality, and daily targets.

Ensure proper machine operation, setup, and routine checks.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and 5S standards.

Troubleshoot operational issues and minimize downtime.

Maintain packaging records and reports.

? Eligibility

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

1–3 years of experience in manufacturing/production preferred.

Good technical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
