? WE’RE HIRING | Manager / Senior Manager – Packaging Development & NPD

Can you turn a product concept into packaging that is production-ready, cost-effective & built to survive the real world? ?⚡

Concept → Design → Prototype → Validation → Vendor Qualification → SOP → Mass Production

? What You’ll Own

? Lead packaging development for electronics & EMS products

? Develop primary, secondary & tertiary packaging solutions

? Drive NPD, trials, prototypes & packaging validation

? Develop packaging specifications, drawings, BOMs & standards

? Lead cost optimization, VA/VE & material standardization

? Build & develop a strong packaging vendor ecosystem

? Drive supplier quality, alternate vendor development & negotiations

? Manage packaging testing – drop, vibration, compression, transit & environmental testing

? Reduce packaging wastage, transit damage & logistics costs





? Drive sustainable packaging & continuous improvement initiatives

? What We’re Looking For

Experience: 8–15+ years

Education: Diploma/Degree in Packaging, Printing, Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Materials or related field

⭐ Strong preference for candidates with Electronics / EMS / Consumer Electronics packaging experience

Your experience with corrugated boxes, cartons, EPE/EPP/EPS, trays, inserts, protective packaging, packaging BOMs, testing, vendor development & cost reduction will be highly valued.

? Location: Vasai, Maharashtra

Preferred candidate locations: Vasai | Nalasopara | Virar | Palghar | Boisar and nearby areas
