Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of application modifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and data modeling concepts within business intelligence platforms.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code tools to customize and extend application functionality.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of business intelligence solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to packaged or cloud-based applications.
