About the Role

We are looking for an experienced OutSystems Business Analyst to act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in OutSystems projects, business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, system integrations, and Agile delivery .

The candidate should be capable of translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications while ensuring that OutSystems solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.

Experience in the Banking & Financial Services domain is mandatory , along with hands-on experience in Salesforce-related business processes and integrations .

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct workshops, interviews, and discussions with business stakeholders to understand business needs and define project scope.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements .
- Translate complex business processes and requirements into clear user stories, workflows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria .
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the OutSystems development team .
- Create, prioritize, and maintain product backlogs in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.
- Identify opportunities to leverage OutSystems' out-of-the-box capabilities and minimize unnecessary custom development.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and future-ready solution designs .
- Work closely with UI/UX teams to define application screens, workflows, and user journeys.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and define integrations with external systems and enterprise applications .
- Support Salesforce-related business processes, CRM workflows, and integration requirements .




- Define and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and support business users during validation.
- Coordinate with development, QA, support, and other cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
- Prepare business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, training materials, and other project documentation.
- Conduct user training and knowledge-transfer sessions when required.
- Support enhancement requests, issue resolution, ticket management, and coordination with support teams.
- Stay updated on the latest and upcoming OutSystems features and capabilities and identify opportunities to apply them effectively.

Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills
- 5–7 years of overall relevant experience.
- Experience delivering at least 2–3 OutSystems implementation projects .
- Strong understanding of OutSystems application development and the SDLC .
- Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
- Salesforce experience – Mandatory , particularly in:
- Business process mapping
- Integration requirements
- CRM workflows
- Functional requirements
- Banking & Financial Services domain experience – Mandatory.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application integrations and APIs.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro , or similar tools.
- Solid experience working in Agile/Scrum environments .
- Understanding of UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.

- 5–7 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.

- Mandatory Banking & Financial Services domain experience.
- Mandatory Salesforce experience , particularly around business processes and integrations.
- Strong experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Willingness and availability to work onsite in Dubai is mandatory.

Regional/Middle East experience will be an added advantage.
