About the Role

We are looking for an experienced OutSystems Developer to support the implementation, development, integration, and maintenance of scalable enterprise applications using the OutSystems platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in OutSystems application development, enterprise integrations, API development, performance optimization, security, and end-to-end SDLC delivery .

The candidate should be comfortable working closely with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, DevOps, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality and responsive enterprise applications.

Experience in the Banking & Financial Services domain is mandatory , along with hands-on Salesforce integration experience .

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable OutSystems applications and web services .
- Develop clean, efficient, reusable code, complex business logic, workflows, and responsive UI components.
- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) , from requirement gathering and solution design through testing, deployment, and production support.
- Integrate OutSystems applications with external databases, legacy systems, third-party APIs, and enterprise applications .
- Develop and maintain integrations with Salesforce and other business-critical platforms.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations .
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance at the application, database, and platform levels.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production defects.
- Implement application security practices, including role-based access control, secure data handling, and data protection .
- Work with cloud environments such as AWS and Azure and understand cloud-based application deployment and infrastructure.




- Collaborate with architects and technical leads to implement scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards and development best practices.
- Support application deployments, environment configuration, and production releases.
- Prepare and maintain technical and business documentation throughout the application lifecycle.
- Prepare training materials and conduct knowledge-transfer or user-training sessions when required.
- Support enhancement requests, issue resolution, ticket management, and production support activities.

Mandatory Technical Skills
- 5–7 years of hands-on OutSystems development experience.
- Strong experience in enterprise application development using OutSystems.
- Strong understanding of the complete SDLC .
- Salesforce integration experience – Mandatory.
- Banking & Financial Services domain experience – Mandatory.
- Solid experience with:

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery, MSSQL, .NET, and C#.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with AWS/Azure or other cloud environments.
- Good understanding of application security and performance optimization.
- Willingness and availability to work onsite in Dubai is mandatory.

Regional/Middle East experience will be an added advantage.
