1)Conduct and supervise outdoor adventure activities safely and professionally for guests.
2)Brief guests on activity procedures, safety guidelines, and equipment usage.
- Ensure proper fitting, inspection, and safe handling of all adventure equipment.
- Monitor guests throughout activities and provide guidance and encouragement.
- Maintain strict safety standards and respond appropriately to emergencies.
- Ensure activity areas and equipment are clean, secure, and ready for use.
7)Deliver an engaging and memorable guest experience.
- Maintain activity records and report incidents or equipment issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Adventure Sports, Physical Education, Hotel Management, or a related field. Freshers with a strong interest in adventure activities may also apply.
Preferred: Basic first-aid knowledge, positive communication skills, physical fitness, and a safety-focused attitude.
