Key Responsibilities

- Assist Orthopaedic Surgeons during surgical procedures and maintain sterile technique.
- Prepare OT, instruments, implants, equipment, and consumables before surgery.
- Ensure proper sterilization, disinfection, and handling of surgical instruments.
- Assist in positioning and preparation of patients as per surgical requirements.
- Check availability and functionality of OT equipment, including orthopaedic instruments.
- Maintain instrument, implant, and consumable records.
- Follow OT safety, infection prevention, biomedical waste management, and NABH protocols.
- Assist in counting instruments, sponges, needles, and other surgical items before and after procedures.
- Coordinate with nursing, CSSD, anaesthesia, and other OT staff for smooth procedures.
- Maintain OT cleanliness, readiness, and documentation.

Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc. in OT Technology or equivalent, with relevant experience in Orthopaedic OT. Experience: 5-12 Years
