Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute brand strategies for OTC products.

- Ensure proper brand positioning and visibility in the market.

- Monitor brand performance and market share growth.

- Plan promotional campaigns, advertising activities, and product launches.

- Organize awareness campaigns, doctor engagement programs, and retail activation activities.

- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends.

- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve brand performance.

- Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.

- Coordinate with production, regulatory, and supply chain teams for smooth product availability.

- Support current product development and launch planning.

- Prepare and manage brand budgets effectively.

Required Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Marketing.

- 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or OTC brand handling.

- Experience in FMCG, supplements, ayurvedic or healthcare marketing will be an added advantage.

- Must have own vehicle

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
