Position: Operations & Supply Chain Management (OSCM) Intern

Internship Duration: 3 to 6 Months

Location: Koregaon Park, Pune

About the Role

Grey Soul Coffee Roasters is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented OSCM Intern to support the Operations, Inventory, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions. This internship will provide practical exposure to operational processes within a growing F&B; business and help the candidate understand how inventory, procurement, vendors, and supply chain activities are managed.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day operations and supply chain activities.
- Support inventory management and stock tracking across stores and operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Assist with stock counting, reconciliation, and identifying inventory discrepancies.
- Support procurement activities and prepare purchase requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
- Assist in monitoring purchase orders and delivery schedules.
- Track stock movement, consumption, wastage, and replenishment requirements.
- Assist in maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Support the team in preparing inventory and operational reports.
- Assist in analysing operational data and identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Kitchen, Bar, Store Operations, and Procurement.
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation for purchases, inventory, and vendor records.
- Support audits and periodic inventory checks.




- Assist in identifying operational inefficiencies and suggesting practical improvements.
- Perform other operations and supply chain activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed BBA, B.Com, MBA Operations, MBA Supply Chain Management, or a related course.
- Basic understanding of operations, inventory management, procurement, and supply chain concepts.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with data, reports, and inventory records.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Candidates with an interest in the F&B;, retail, or hospitality industry will be preferred.
