Truhome Finance is looking for a full-time Online Reputation Management (ORM) Executive to help us monitor, respond to, and manage conversations around our brand across digital platforms.

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ORM and social listening
- Experience with Simplify360 is preferred
- Strong understanding of social media monitoring, response management, and escalation
- Ability to identify and flag potential reputation issues proactively
- Experience tracking customer complaints through to resolution and closure
- Comfortable working with ORM dashboards, sentiment analysis, and reporting
- BFSI / Fintech / NBFC experience will be a strong advantage
- Excellent written communication skills
