Job Purpose/ Summary Lead the O2C COE, owning end-to-end Order to Cash processes including Sales Order creation, export documentation, SCM coordination, billing, collections, and cash application. Drive standardization, process excellence, automation, and compliance across the O2C lifecycle.

The O2C COE Head owns governance and transformation of O2C processes across multiple business units, ensuring accurate Sales Order creation, export documentation compliance, SCM coordination, billing, collections, cash application, and reporting. Drives process standardization, automation, stakeholder management, and operational excellence

Responsibility Own and manage the endtoend O2C process including sales order credit management billing invoicing export documentation accounts receivable collections cash application and dispute managementbrEnsure the accounting cycle from order booking to revenue recognition and cash realization is executed accurately adhering to Ind ASIFRS standards and internal controlsbrComplete monthend and quarterend close activities for O2C within timelines including AR aging provisioning revenue cutoff and reconciliationsbrDrive standardization automation and process improvement initiatives across the O2C tower leveraging RPA ERP optimization and dashboardingbrOversee the timely and accurate processing of sales orders across various business units and geographies ensuring compliance with export documentation and regulationsbrLiaise with logistics trade compliance and banking teams to resolve documentation discrepancies and mitigate risks related to export incentives and regulatory compliancebrLead a team of over 50 FTEs fostering a culture of ownership and accountability and building a solid succession pipeline through hiring onboarding and trainingbrAct as the single point of contact for O2C between the GCC and business stakeholders coordinating on SLAs KPIs and escalation resolutionbrPresent performance dashboards DSO trends and process health metrics to senior leadership partnering with ITERP teams on system enhancements and automation projectsbrOwn SOPs process documentation and risk mitigation plans ensuring timely closure of audit observations related to O2CbrDrive key O2C metrics benchmarking performance against industry standards and implementing productivity and quality improvement initiativesbrLead digital transformation initiatives focusing on automation analytics and selfservice reporting to enhance process efficiency
