Designation: Order Processing Officer - Quick Commerce

Location: Padgha, Bhiwandi

Required Experience -

- minimum 5 years of experience in quick commerce order processing officer.
- Prior experience in quick commerce (blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, flipkart quick, big basket.

Role & responsibilities To ensure accurate, timely, and efficient processing of quick commerce orders (1030-minute delivery model) by coordinating with internal teams, maintaining system accuracy, and supporting seamless orders fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: -

- Process incoming quick commerce orders through platforms.
- Right Product, Right Quantity, Right SKU’s & right discount to be processed at timer of order processing.
- Monitors live order dashboards and prioritize urgent orders.
- Generate invoices, packing lists, and dispatch documents as required.
- Ensure real-time system updates for orders status and inventory movement.




- Identify stock mismatches, shortage or damages and report immediately.
- Adhere strictly to quick commerce SLA’s and turnaround times.
- Minimize order cancellations, delays and wrong shipments.
- Maintain daily, weekly & Monthly data reports for review.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

- Order Processing accuracy (100 %).
- Order fulfillment TAT adherence.
- Order cancellation and return rate.
- System and inventory accuracy
- SLA compliance.

Required Skills & Competencies : -

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work In a fast-paced, time-critical environment.
- Advance computer skills (oms/wms, SAP,advance excel, email).
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Problem solving mind set.
