- Manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely processing and coordination with production, logistics, and customs teams.
- Prepare accurate invoices and coordinate with customers for payment processing.
- Ensure quality assurance of products before dispatch by conducting inspections and resolving any issues that may arise during order processing.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service levels.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in Order Management Engineer role or similar position.
- Solid understanding of Custom Clearance procedures and regulations.
- Proficiency in Preparing Invoices, Logistics Coordination, Production Coordination, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, and Order Processing processes.
