Oracle RMS Tester / Senior Tester

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle RMS Tester / Senior Tester with strong expertise in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), integration testing, SQL validation, and defect troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end quality across Oracle Retail applications and integrated retail systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute functional, integration, regression, SIT, and UAT test cases for Oracle RMS and related modules such as ReIM, SIM, RPM, and SIOCS.
- Validate end-to-end data flow between RMS, POS, WMS, Finance, and Order Management systems.
- Analyze requirements, specifications, logs, database records, and middleware traces for defect investigation.
- Perform SQL-based backend data validation and reconciliation.




- Conduct impact analysis for enhancements, patches, and system upgrades.
- Coordinate defect triage with development, business, and support teams.
- Support test automation using tools such as Selenium or Tosca.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle RMS / Oracle Retail testing.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Retail integrations and retail business processes.
- Good SQL and database validation skills.
- Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
- Experience with JIRA/ALM and test management tools.
- Experience with Oracle Retail Cloud (SaaS) or upgrade projects.
- Good communication, documentation, and Agile/Scrum experience.
