Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Project Manager with 5-7 years of relevant project management experience to lead and deliver business-critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing cross-functional projects, driving stakeholder alignment, and ensuring successful project execution within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

This role requires excellent communication, planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Oracle applications or Oracle-based projects is desirable but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead/Assist end-to-end project planning, cutover planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
- Manage the project scope, follow up for deliverables, adhering to the timelines, and managing the resource requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Track project progress and proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, dependencies, and resource allocations.




- Ensure adherence to organizational project management methodologies and best practices.
- Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Ensure quality deliverables and successful transition of projects into operational support.

Required Qualifications

- 5-8 years of hands-on project management experience.
- At least 1-2 end to end implementation project management experience
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects in a cross-functional environment.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Hands on experience in using of AI tools and Jira is preferred
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification is preferred.
