We are seeking an experienced Oracle Primavera P6 & Unifier Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Unifier solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in project controls, integrations, and Oracle PPM modules, with proven capability to support and lead end-to-end project management implementations and integrations.

Skill / Qualifications

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of overall experience in project management, Oracle Fusion, Primavera, and EPC/project-driven environments, with 4+ years of hands-on Primavera consulting.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 for project planning, scheduling, WBS, and project controls.

- Strong experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier, including configuration and functional support for EPC projects.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM and its integration with Primavera solutions.

- Proven experience designing and supporting integrations between Oracle Fusion, Primavera P6, Primavera Unifier, and enterprise systems.

- Hands-on experience with CANDY for cost estimation and project cost management.

- Proven EPC experience across Engineering, Procurement, and Construction project processes.

- Demonstrated expertise in project controls, scheduling, costing, budgeting, reporting, and project governance.

- Robust client-facing experience in requirements gathering,



solution design, implementation, and support.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to act as Projects Lead, guiding teams and coordinating business, technical, EPC, and project-control stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and support end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion and Primavera solutions within EPC environments.

- Act as Projects Lead for Oracle Fusion PPM, Primavera P6, and Primavera Unifier engagements.

- Configure, support, and optimize Primavera P6 project schedules, WBS, milestones, and project controls.

- Implement and support Oracle Primavera Unifier for EPC project, contract, workflow, and cost management processes.

- Design and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion PPM, Primavera P6, Primavera Unifier, and other enterprise systems.

- Utilize CANDY for cost estimation, project costing, and EPC cost-control activities.

- Gather client requirements and translate EPC business processes into Oracle Fusion and Primavera-based solutions.

- Support project financials, reporting, monitoring, governance, cost, and schedule management requirements.

- Assist with SIT, UAT, user training, go-live, and post-implementation support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, Project Controls, and IT teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
