Job Title - Oracle PPM Technical Consultant

Location - PAN India

Requirements

- Oracle PPM implementations and production environments.
- Candidates with 6+ years and strong PPM technical track record may be considered.
- At least 3 full-lifecycle Oracle PPM projects (implementations or large migrations) including production support.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline.
- Strong client-facing experience and ability to gather technical requirements from business/functional teams.
- Technical Skills (must-have) Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills; experience writing, tuning and debugging complex queries and packages.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, REST/SOAP web services, and API-based integrations.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud extensibility (Application Composer, Page Composer, Visual Builder/VBCS) and Oracle EBS customizations (APIs, concurrent programs, forms/reports).
- Practical experience with data load mechanisms: FBDI, ADFdi, FTP/CSV loads, and ETL tools.
- Reporting and BI: BI Publisher template development, OTBI subject areas, data models and custom report design.
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 integration methods (XOG/XML,



web services).
- Experience with source control (Git), CI/CD pipelines and environment promotion processes.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) fundamentals and/or on-prem middleware (WebLogic).
- Debugging, logging, and monitoring tools experience; familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) is a plus.
- Desirable / Nice-to-have Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Integration Cloud). Experience with Java development and Oracle ADF.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes) or serverless functions on OCI.
- Exposure to enterprise IAM/Security (SSO, OAuth, SAML) and role provisioning for cloud apps.
- Experience with automation scripting (Python, shell) to support operational tasks. Experience in the industry verticals where PPM is heavily used: Construction, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Professional Services.
- Soft Skills Solid communication and stakeholder management; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize incidents and changes.
- Mentoring and knowledge-sharing orientation.
