Functional Consultant Mandatory Skills

- 4+ years of overall experience working with Public Sector customers
- 6+ years of experience implementing and configuring off-the-shelf software solutions
- 6+ years of experience developing and documenting As-Is and To-Be business processes
- Strong Public Sector domain experience in Permitting, Licensing, Code Enforcement, and Planning
- Experience developing and configuring detailed solutions for moderately complex projects

Technical Consultant – Mandatory Skills




- 4+ years of overall experience with Oracle Database or SQL Server, including minimum 1 year each
- 2+ years of experience working with Public Sector customers
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI
- 2+ years of experience delivering solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Proficiency in REST Web Services and Python
- Solid experience in Data Conversion/Migration Analysis & Development
- Strong experience in System Integration Analysis & Development
- Experience with data migrations, system integrations, reports, and system configuration
