Oracle HCM ORC Senior Functional Consultant

Role: Senior Functional Consultant – Oracle HCM ORC Location: Offshore with a minimum of 3 months onsite travel as required. Experience: 8+ years in Oracle HCM, with strong ORC expertise

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM ORC Senior Functional Consultant to lead business process design, implementation, configuration, and support for Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions. The role requires strong functional expertise in ORC, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to work in a consulting setting with at least three months of onsite commitments as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead Oracle HCM ORC requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.

· Work closely with business stakeholders to understand recruiting processes and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions.

· Configure and support ORC processes including job requisitions, candidate management, interview management, offer management, and recruiting workflows.

· Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional documentation, and support testing cycles.

· Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, extensions,



and issue resolution.

· Support UAT, training, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.

· Provide expertise on Oracle HCM best practices and recommend process improvements.

· Engage with clients and stakeholders in a consulting model, including at least 3 months of onsite travel when required.

Required Skills and Experience

· 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with strong hands-on ORC experience.

· Deep knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud processes and configuration.

· Experience in full-cycle implementation or support projects.

· Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition processes.

· Ability to prepare functional specifications and user documentation.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.

· Exposure to integrations, security roles, and workflow configuration.

· Experience working with global clients and distributed teams
